Dusty cat 4/1/94 - 5/11/07

Our beloved Dusty cat died this past week. He had just turned 13 years old. He started having severe kidney failure at the beginning of May. Now that we know the symptoms, we think he started having difficulties around Christmas - he had been much more lethargic. Luckily he was only uncomfortable the last 2 weeks, and only had pain his last few days, and then he let us know, it was his time to go. Needless to say, we are devastated. He was such a part of our family. We buried him in our yard and planted a peach tree there. He always loved our peach tree in Texas - climbing it, sleeping under it in the shade, and sniffing all the peaches.
